Elevator Fall 3D (“the Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices you have when you use the Game.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Game, including gameplay, account services, social features, advertising, analytics, and measurement tools integrated into the app.

3.1 Account and Authentication Data

We support:

- Guest login (anonymous account)

- Google Play Games sign-in (optional)


We may process:

- Firebase User ID (UID)

- Google Play Games Player ID (if connected)

- Display name / username

- Linked provider information (for example, anonymous or Play Games provider state)


We do not require a password from users in the Game’s own UI.


3.2 Profile Data

Users may set profile information, including:

- Username

- Profile photo URL (optional)


Profile photos are hosted through Cloudinary. Profile photos are shown inside game features such as profiles and leaderboard/friends-related UI where applicable.


3.3 Gameplay and Progress Data

We collect and store gameplay-related data required to provide core functionality, including:

- Level progress

- Scores and high scores

- Coins/currency balances

- Upgrades, skins, unlocks, inventory-like state

- Reward/ad-related progression data

- PvP stats (for example wins/losses/draws) where feature is used


3.4 Social and Friends Data

If social features are used, we may process:

- Friend list relationships

- Incoming/outgoing friend requests

- Basic profile display info used in friends UI

- Presence-related info (for example online state or last login time), where enabled by the feature


3.5 Multiplayer and Match Data

For online PvP features, we may process:

- Match/session identifiers

- Room/session participation

- Basic match outcome and state synchronization data needed for gameplay


3.6 Device, Technical, and Diagnostic Data

Our services and partners may automatically process:

- Device model and OS version

- App version

- Language/locale

- IP address

- Approximate network and connectivity signals

- Android Advertising ID (AAID) or equivalent mobile advertising identifiers

- App interaction and event telemetry

- Crash and performance diagnostics (if enabled by integrated services)


4. How We Collect Information


We collect information:

- Directly from you (for example username/profile photo choices)

- Automatically from your device and app usage

- From integrated platform/auth/ad/analytics providers


5. Why We Use Information


We use information to:

- Create and maintain your account/session

- Save and restore game progress

- Provide leaderboard, profile, social, and multiplayer functionality

- Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

- Operate, troubleshoot, and improve app stability and performance

6. Advertising and Measurement


6.1 Google AdMob

The Game uses Google AdMob for ads (including rewarded formats and other supported formats).

Ad delivery and fraud-prevention systems may process device identifiers and technical data.


Where configured and supported, we request non-personalized ad handling. Actual processing may depend on platform, region, consent state, and partner requirements.


6.2 TikTok App Events SDK (Measurement/Attribution)

The Game uses TikTok App Events SDK for attribution and campaign optimization.

Events may include standard app events such as:

- launch_app

- login

- registration

- complete_tutorial

- achieve_level

- in_app_ad_impr

- impression_level_ad_revenue

- spend_credits

- unlock_achievement


Depending on account/auth state and provider data availability, the app may send identifiers and event parameters needed for measurement (for example external user ID, event IDs, app/device technical context).


6.3 Important Data Use Note

We do not sell personal data for money. However, we may share identifiers and app-event data with advertising/measurement partners to measure and optimize campaigns, which may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some laws.


7. Services and Processors We Use


We use third-party infrastructure and SDKs, including:

- Firebase Authentication

- Firebase Firestore and/or Firebase Realtime Database

- Firebase Cloud Messaging (if notifications are used)

- Google Play Games Services

- Google AdMob

- TikTok App Events SDK

- Cloudinary (profile image hosting)

- Photon/Fusion multiplayer services (for online PvP where enabled)


Third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.


8. International Data Processing


Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own.

By using the Game, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection rules.


9. Data Retention


We retain data:

- While your account remains active, or

- As needed to provide the Game and legitimate operational needs, or

- Until deletion is requested and identity is verified, unless longer retention is required by law/security obligations


Some aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer.


10. Data Security


We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


11. Children’s Privacy


The Game may be accessible to a broad audience, including younger users depending on storefront settings.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data from children through in-game forms.

If we learn that data was collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict it.


Parents/guardians may contact us to request review or deletion of child-related data.
